a safe, effective method of replacing broken truck springs
on empty cars in the train yard, eliminating switching moves and out-of service time.
This tool is normally transported in back of a pick-up truck
along with the extra springs, we recommend using a
12 Volt DC hydraulic pump (10,000 PSI) Instructional video
is available. ( Does Not include Pump)
When ordering the Empty Car Spring Change Fixture one needs to specify Tall Base or Short Base. The Tall Base is used for exposed rail and the short base is for tracks that are flush with the pavement.
